New aircraft, straight from the line

Linefit. New aircraft, straight from the line.

From the first fleet decision to entry into service, we represent the airline inside Airbus, OEM and BFE governance across seven engagements.

01Fleet Strategy

Fleet Strategy & Contracts

We support the airline in defining its fleet roadmap and negotiating with lessors and OEMs. Our role is to anchor the right specifications, cost drivers and contractual terms before they get locked.

  • Fleet plan and capex framework
  • Lessor and OEM negotiation support (delivery / redelivery conditions, maintenance reserves…)
  • Contract risk review
  • Decision documentation for executive committees
02Definition

Aircraft Customization

We translate the airline's intent into engineering decisions. Cabin layouts (LOPA), avionics options (SCN/MSCN) and service flows are defined with the operator's perspective, not the OEM's baseline.

  • BFE, SCN, MSCN selection
  • LOPA design and optimization
  • Galley, lavatory and equipment selection
  • Brand and product alignment with cabin
03Industrial

Supplier Interface & Industrial Control

We manage the full Buyer-Furnished Equipment (BFE) stream from technical definition to industrial readiness, representing the airline through the project.

  • BFE technical definition and contracts
  • ITCM, PDR, DDR and CDR coordination
  • Source inspections and ODD tracking
  • Non-conformity management to closure
04Systems

Cabin Connectivity & IFE

We support both Linefit and Retrofit IFE / IFC programs across all major providers, including Viasat, Panasonic, Safran, Thales, Intelsat and Starlink, from selection to certification and post-EIS performance monitoring.

  • Provider selection and commercial negotiation
  • Project technical follow-up and readiness management
  • Activation, ground tests and acceptance
  • Performance and reliability monitoring after EIS
05Production

Assembly Management

During final assembly, we act as the airline's on-site representative. We prepare and attend every customer presentation, raise non-conformities, and drive their resolution with airframer and OEMs.

  • Section, engine and nacelle inspections
  • Final Cabin Inspection and IFE/IFC tests
  • External livery and finish review
  • Buy-back management & technical recommendations
06Acceptance

Delivery Management

From ground tests to the Customer Acceptance Flight, we secure every checkpoint of the acceptance process and ensure the aircraft condition is completely reviewed.

  • Ground tests and Customer Acceptance Flight
  • CLB / TLB management and resolution
  • Form 52 issuance and Transfer of Title
  • Commitment Letters negotiation
07Operations

Entry Into Service Readiness

We coordinate every stream required for operational readiness, so the aircraft enters revenue service without disruption and the airline's teams are fully prepared to operate and maintain it.

  • Pay-By-Hour agreements (components, nacelles, engines)
  • Initial spares and tooling provisioning (RSPL review)
  • EIS readiness alongside airline teams (CAMO, P145, OPS, CREW…)
  • Documentation review, trainings, and more
